About This Role
As a home health COTA, you'll travel to clients' homes to deliver occupational therapy services that help them regain independence and improve daily functioning. Your day involves hands-on work—teaching adaptive strategies, leading strengthening exercises, and coaching clients through functional tasks tailored to their home environment. You'll work either part-time or full-time, with full-time positions typically involving around 20 visits per week. Compensation is $50–$56 per visit. This role suits detail-oriented therapists who are comfortable working independently in the field, can build rapport quickly with diverse clients, and enjoy seeing tangible progress in people's ability to manage their lives at home.
