About This Role
You'll provide direct patient care as a clinical psychologist within Headway's mental health platform, conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and psychological evaluations for clients seeking treatment through insurance. Your days involve one-on-one clinical work, treatment planning, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care. This role suits psychologists who are licensed in Hawaii and comfortable working within an organized healthcare system that prioritizes insurance accessibility and streamlined patient intake. You'll need strong diagnostic skills, experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
