About This Role
H2 Health is hiring a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to work full-time in their Bluefield outpatient clinic. You'll spend your days treating patients in a clinical setting, designing and delivering rehabilitation programs focused on restoring mobility and function. Requirements Physical Therapist (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills. Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
