About This Role
Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients recovering from various injuries and conditions. You'll create personalized rehabilitation programs focused on helping patients regain mobility and independence, then monitor their progress throughout treatment. The role requires working alongside doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, teaching patients and their families about recovery techniques and home exercises. You'll spend time documenting patient outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as needed. This position suits candidates who are patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a team-based healthcare setting. A current PT license and commitment to patient education are essential for success.
