About This Role

You'll spend most of your time conducting neuropsychological evaluations for clients of various ages, with the option to build a therapy practice alongside testing work. Based in Arkansas with Growth Psychological Services, you'll work in a school-based setting where your days involve administering assessments, interpreting results, and writing clinical reports. The role suits licensed clinical or school psychologists who have solid experience evaluating both children and adults, with particular strength in neuropsychological assessment. You'll be joining a respected private practice that's actively expanding, so there's room to shape how you balance evaluation work with direct client care. This position works best for psychologists who are detail-oriented in testing but also want flexibility to maintain some therapeutic relationships.

  • What license do I need to apply?

An active state license in your discipline (PT, OT, SLP, LCSW, LPC, BCBA, etc.) in good standing. Therapy licensure is state-specific — the PT, OT, and ASLP-IC compacts let you practice in member states without a separate license.

  • Is this a school-year or year-round position?

School-based therapy roles typically follow a 9- or 10-month school-year calendar with summers off. Outpatient, hospital, home-health, and telehealth positions are year-round with PTO. Both options are widely available — check the job description for specifics.

  • What experience is expected?

Most therapy roles welcome new grads through mid-career clinicians. Specialty positions (acute care, NICU, pediatric feeding, hand therapy) typically prefer 2+ years plus relevant certifications.
