About This Role
You'll provide direct mental health counseling and therapy to clients through Headway's platform, helping people work through emotional and behavioral challenges. Your days will involve conducting individual therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. This role suits LCSWs who are comfortable with digital-first service delivery and want to expand access to mental health treatment. You'll need a current license, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work with diverse patient populations. The position offers the flexibility of working with Headway's streamlined system, which handles insurance and administrative tasks so you can focus on patient care.
