About This Role
This PRN position places you in the therapy gym at one of two skilled nursing facilities in Jacksonville, working directly with residents on speech and language rehabilitation. You'll deliver individualized treatment plans focused on helping patients rebuild communication abilities and swallowing function as part of their recovery journey. Your days involve patient assessments, hands-on therapy sessions, and documentation within a structured SNF environment. The PRN schedule offers flexibility, allowing you to pick up shifts that work for your availability. Requirements
Active SLP license in good standing in the state of employment
1+ year of relevant experience; ability to onboard quickly.
BLS required. Specialty certs based on unit.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
