About This Role
The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work directly with children in a clinic-based setting in the Phoenix area. You'll implement behavior modification techniques under the supervision of licensed clinicians, working one-on-one and in small groups to help children develop social, communication, and daily living skills. This is hands-on clinical work where you'll observe client progress, document session notes, and adjust strategies based on treatment plans. The role suits RBTs with current certification or those pursuing it, and candidates who are patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely motivated to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. You'll be part of a team that prioritizes professional development and ongoing training to strengthen your clinical skills.
