Job Description

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, accurate EMR documentation, and education for patients and caregivers.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
