About This Role
This role involves providing direct therapy services to individuals and families through Headway's platform, which streamlines mental health care access via insurance coverage. You'll conduct sessions—likely a mix of individual and couples/family therapy—and maintain clinical documentation while working within our established care coordination system. The position is based in Pueblo De Los Angeles, California. This role suits licensed marriage and family therapists who are genuinely committed to making mental health services more accessible and who work well in a team environment focused on patient outcomes.
