This role involves providing speech and language services to infants, children, and adolescents at Marshfield Clinic's pediatric health system. Marshfield Clinic – Marshfield Children’s is seeking a compassionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our integrated pediatric health system.
In this role, you will provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment, and ongoing management of speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders for infants, children, and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Partnering closely with pediatricians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, psychologists, social workers, and families, you will design and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that support each child’s communication, learning, and overall development.
You will conduct standardized assessments, interpret results, document findings, and monitor progress using electronic health records while communicating clearly with families, schools, and other community partners.
You will provide caregiver and family education, home programming, and coordination of services to ensure continuity of care, as well as participate in multidisciplinary team conferences, care planning, and discharge planning.
