About This Role
This role involves providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and clinical supervision to children with autism in a pediatric care setting. You'll work with a manageable caseload, allowing you to deliver individualized treatment plans and oversee behavioral interventions. Your days will include direct client sessions, progress monitoring, staff supervision, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The position offers a balanced schedule that supports work-life integration. You'll need your BCBA certification and a background in autism care or behavioral health.
