About This Role
As a Lead Behavioral Health Technician, you'll supervise and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients working toward behavioral and mental health goals. Your day involves direct patient interaction, implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, and guiding junior technicians on your team. You'll document outcomes, collaborate with clinicians and psychiatrists, and help create the structured, supportive environment that helps clients work through addiction, mental health challenges, or eating disorders.
