About This Role
In this field-based role, you'll travel to patients' homes across Arkansas to provide hands-on physical therapy assistance under a licensed physical therapist's supervision. Your days involve working directly with patients on therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities tailored to their recovery goals. You'll document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and build relationships with clients in their own environments. This full-time position suits candidates with current PTA certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. You should be comfortable working independently in various home settings while maintaining clinical standards and communicating regularly with your supervising PT and the care team.
