About This Role
Life Care Center of South Hill is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in Welcome, Maryland. In this role, you'll work directly with patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, designing and implementing treatment plans to help residents regain mobility and manage pain. Your days will involve one-on-one patient sessions, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff and other therapists. This is an on-site position at a long-term care facility where you'll work with a diverse patient population recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic conditions. The role suits compassionate clinicians who enjoy working in a team environment and find satisfaction in helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life.
