About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide direct mental health services to patients through their platform-based model. You'll conduct individual therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and manage your own caseload of clients seeking counseling support. The role combines traditional therapeutic work with Headway's technology-enabled approach, which handles insurance coordination and scheduling on the backend so you can focus on patient care. This position suits licensed counselors who want flexibility in how they structure their practice while being part of a larger organization committed to making mental health accessible. You should be comfortable working with diverse client populations and committed to staying current with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
