About This Role
In this role, you'll deliver direct mental health counseling and therapy to clients through Headway's platform, handling individual sessions focused on evidence-based treatment approaches. Your days will involve conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, managing caseloads, and documenting clinical progress. You'll work within a streamlined system designed to reduce administrative burden, allowing you to spend more time on client care.
