Job Description
PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an interdisciplinary rehab setting.
Collaborate closely with physical, occupational, and medical professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
