About This Role
You'll deliver direct mental health counseling to clients through Headway's platform, handling therapy sessions and treatment planning for individuals navigating various psychological challenges. Your days involve conducting assessments, developing care strategies, and documenting patient progress while leveraging Headway's streamlined systems to minimize administrative burden. This role suits LCSWs who want to practice therapy without the typical overhead of independent practice or traditional clinic settings.
