About This Role
In this role, you'll deliver direct mental health counseling and clinical support to clients working through personal challenges. Your days will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions—likely a mix of in-person and telehealth appointments given Headway's digital-first approach. You'll coordinate with other healthcare providers and manage insurance documentation to ensure clients can access care without unnecessary barriers. You'll need strong clinical skills, patience with administrative processes, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients facing varying mental health concerns.
