About This Role
Synchrony Rehab at The Southwood is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to work in a senior living community setting. You'll provide direct patient care to older adults, developing and implementing treatment plans to help them maintain mobility and independence. This is an on-site role where you'll work closely with a supportive team that prioritizes staff development through individualized orientation and ongoing mentorship.
