About This Role
This is an outpatient physical therapy position in Burlington serving patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Your day-to-day work includes evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans based on current evidence, and delivering hands-on care through manual therapy, exercise programming, and therapeutic modalities. You'll work alongside doctors, athletic trainers, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care. Patient education and family involvement are core to the role, helping people understand their recovery and maintain progress at home. This position suits licensed PTs who are detail-oriented, enjoy direct patient interaction, and want to work within a team-based clinic setting focused on functional outcomes and pain reduction.
