About This Role
You'll work directly with clients in behavioral health settings, providing therapeutic support and assistance with daily activities as part of their treatment plan. In this role, you'll implement evidence-based techniques, monitor client progress, and document observations to support the clinical team. Your days will involve one-on-one interaction, group activities, and helping clients build coping skills in real-world situations. This position requires someone who is empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in supporting people through mental health and addiction recovery. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries while building trust with clients.
