About This Role
You'll work as a peer support specialist in a behavioral health urgent care setting, drawing on your lived experience to help adults navigate mental health and substance abuse challenges. Your schedule runs Monday, Thursday, and Saturday from 7am to 7pm, giving you consistent weekly hours of 37.5 with predictable time off. You'll need a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and state certification as a Peer Support Specialist. This role suits candidates who have personal recovery experience, strong interpersonal skills, and genuine interest in supporting others through crisis and stabilization.
