About This Role
This PRN (as-needed) speech pathology position at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeland gives you flexibility while serving patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Active SLP license in good standing in the state of employment
1+ year of relevant experience; ability to onboard quickly.
BLS required. Specialty certs based on unit.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.

Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master‘s degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s degree with field experience.
