Job Description

General Summary: Provides direct clinical care with specific program development, participates as a member in the interdisciplinary patient care program, maintain updated therapy techniques, provides in services in health care personnel within JHHCG regarding current and acceptable therapy techniques. Under general director of a clinical manager, responds to physician’s plan of treatment by evaluating patient’s needs and planning and implementing a treatment program to facilitate the patient’s physical and mental functioning or adjustment to his/her handicap/disability limitations. Shift: Exempt, Dayshift - Full-time 40 hours per week Minimum Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. or OTD in Occupational Therapy One year of clinical experience, acute/subacute/home health preferred Certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR Valid Maryland Driver’s License and current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use. Maryland O.T. License Salary Range: Minimum $37.02/hour - Maximum $61.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
