About This Role
Headway is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver direct clinical services to patients navigating mental health challenges. In this role, you'll provide therapeutic interventions and support while working within an innovative insurance partnership model designed to improve mental health accessibility. You'll work with diverse clients, applying evidence-based clinical techniques to address their needs in a compassionate manner. This position is ideal for clinicians who are motivated by the mission of removing barriers to mental health care and want to practice in an organization that leverages partnerships to expand patient reach.
