About This Role
This full-time role places you in patients' homes throughout Seminole County, delivering occupational therapy services that help people regain independence in daily activities. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work directly with patients on functional goals—all within the comfort of their own environment. The position is field-based, meaning you'll spend your days traveling to different locations rather than working in a clinic setting. What You’ll Do As a Home Health Occupational Therapist , you will play a critical role in helping patients regain independence, improve daily function, and safely navigate life at home. You’ll partner closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized, high-impact care.
