About This Role
Synchrony Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in various healthcare settings across Georgia. You'll create personalized treatment plans, deliver therapy grounded in current clinical evidence, and work alongside doctors, nurses, and other specialists to support patient recovery. A significant part of the role involves educating patients and their families about rehabilitation objectives and progress.
