About This Role
PruittHealth is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver direct patient care in their Union Cross facility. You'll work under a licensed Physical Therapist's supervision, conducting hands-on treatment sessions to help patients improve mobility and strength. Daily responsibilities include executing customized therapy plans, recording patient progress in electronic medical records, and teaching patients and families about home exercise routines and injury prevention. This role is best suited for someone with a PTA certification or equivalent credentials who genuinely enjoys working with patients and wants to make a tangible difference in their recovery. You'll be part of a patient-focused healthcare team committed to helping individuals regain independence and quality of life.
