Job Description
Physical Therapist Thousand Oaks CA Total compensation up to $140k /year We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team full time in Thousand Oaks CA. We’re seeking a Physical Therapist with a solid foundation in orthopedic care and exercise prescription who values teamwork and clear communication. Mentorship is available for newer graduates, and experienced clinicians are encouraged to contribute their skills and perspective within the team. We combine targeted manual therapy, corrective exercise, evidence-based rehab, and technology-supported assessment to help restore function, prevent future injuries, and help our patients return to the activities they love. Duties: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Interpret diagnostic tests Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Use objective findings to guide care decisions to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity standards Communicate clearly with patients and team members Participate in clinic initiatives and performance incentives Provide exemplary patient care and be able to work in a professional manner with a team. Regular patient re-evals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Physical therapy Program (DPT or Masters) Active PT license in CA BLS Certification or willingness to obtain Strong orthopedic assessment and exercise prescription skills Interest in active care, functional movement, and diagnostic and prognostic skill relative to complex spinal conditions comp (range): 140k (depending on experience)
