About This Role
As a Physical Therapist with CarePartners, you'll travel throughout the Cruso area conducting one-on-one therapy sessions in patients' homes. Your days involve assessing mobility limitations, creating custom treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to help people regain strength and independence. You'll coordinate with the broader care team—nurses, doctors, and family members—to ensure comprehensive treatment and educate patients on exercises they can do independently. Documentation in electronic systems is an ongoing part of the role. This position suits therapists who prefer direct patient relationships over clinic settings and who are comfortable working independently while managing your own schedule across multiple home visits. You'll make a tangible difference in patients' daily lives and recovery outcomes.
