About This Role

As a Physical Therapist with CarePartners, you'll travel throughout the Cruso area conducting one-on-one therapy sessions in patients' homes. Your days involve assessing mobility limitations, creating custom treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to help people regain strength and independence. You'll coordinate with the broader care team—nurses, doctors, and family members—to ensure comprehensive treatment and educate patients on exercises they can do independently. Documentation in electronic systems is an ongoing part of the role. This position suits therapists who prefer direct patient relationships over clinic settings and who are comfortable working independently while managing your own schedule across multiple home visits. • What license do I need to apply?

  • Is this a school-year or year-round position?

School-based therapy roles typically follow a 9- or 10-month school-year calendar with summers off. Outpatient, hospital, home-health, and telehealth positions are year-round with PTO. Both options are widely available — check the job description for specifics.

  • What experience is expected?

Most therapy roles welcome new grads through mid-career clinicians. Specialty positions (acute care, NICU, pediatric feeding, hand therapy) typically prefer 2+ years plus relevant certifications.
