About This Role
Step Up Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist to deliver care at one of two skilled nursing facilities in the Jacksonville area. You'll work in an in-house therapy gym, designing and executing treatment plans for residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Your days involve hands-on patient care, mobility training, strength building, and functional rehabilitation aimed at helping people return to independent living. This is a PRN (as-needed) position, offering scheduling flexibility. You're best suited for this role if you have a current PT license, enjoy working with an older adult population in a rehab setting, and can adapt quickly to varying patient needs and facility demands.
$25–$45/hr

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required
