Job Description
Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services in our skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
In this onsite role, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
You’ll document progress in the EMR, collaborate with nursing and rehab teams, and educate residents and families.

Active PT license in good standing in the state of employment
Experience requirements vary by employer.
BLS typically required.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
