Job Description
Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.
In this patient-centered role, you’ll provide hands-on therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, functional independence, and safety.
You’ll document progress, educate residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, family-like environment that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.

Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
