About This Role
As a Physical Therapist in this full-time outpatient role, you'll deliver direct patient care in a clinic setting, working with clients recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions. Your days involve hands-on treatment, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and tracking patient progress through evidence-based therapy methods. You'll spend time with patients one-on-one and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure quality care. This position suits therapists who are self-directed, enjoy building patient relationships, and want to work within a collaborative clinic culture rather than in isolation. The role offers the stability of consistent clinic hours and the chance to develop long-term patient outcomes without the travel demands of home health or contract work.

Frequently asked questions
What license do I need to apply?
An active state license in your discipline (PT, OT, SLP, LCSW, LPC, BCBA, etc.) in good standing. Therapy licensure is state-specific — the PT, OT, and ASLP-IC compacts let you practice in member states without a separate license.
Is this a school-year or year-round position?
School-based therapy roles typically follow a 9- or 10-month school-year calendar with summers off. Outpatient, hospital, home-health, and telehealth positions are year-round with PTO. Both options are widely available — check the job description for specifics.
What experience is expected?
Most therapy roles welcome new grads through mid-career clinicians. Specialty positions (acute care, NICU, pediatric feeding, hand therapy) typically prefer 2+ years plus relevant certifications.
