About This Role
This role involves delivering clinical mental health services to patients in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida through Headway's technology-enabled platform. As an LCSW, you'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual therapy while leveraging the organization's digital tools to streamline care and insurance coordination. Your day-to-day work will focus on direct patient care, documentation, and collaborating with the broader clinical team to ensure accessible, quality treatment. You'll work with diverse patients navigating various mental health challenges.
