About This Role
Tender Touch Rehab Services is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to work directly with seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Green Acres, Delaware. This on-site position involves carrying out treatment plans designed by supervising therapists, focusing on exercises, walking and balance work, and teaching patients and their families about their care. You'll spend your days hands-on with patients, monitoring their progress and keeping detailed records of treatment outcomes. The role requires someone who genuinely enjoys working with older adults, follows clinical protocols closely, and can communicate clearly with both patients and healthcare teams. A current PTA license and experience in rehabilitation settings is ideal for this position.
