About This Role
Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to work in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities around Green Acres, Delaware. You'll spend your days delivering hands-on therapy to elderly patients, running them through exercises, gait training, and balance work designed to boost their mobility and independence. Your work involves following treatment plans created by supervising therapists, documenting progress in electronic medical records, and teaching patients how to stay safe and functional in their daily lives. This is an on-site position working directly with seniors who need rehabilitation support. You're a good fit if you're certified, genuinely patient with older adults, detail-oriented about documentation, and comfortable with the physical demands of assisting patients through therapeutic activities.
