About This Role
Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to work directly with seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across New Jersey. You'll spend your days carrying out treatment plans designed by physical therapists, leading clients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance work to help them regain mobility and independence. Documentation in the electronic medical record system is an ongoing part of the role, along with educating patients and families about their progress. This is an on-site position requiring you to be present in the facilities where your clients receive care. You're a good fit if you hold current PTA certification, have a genuine interest in working with older adults, and take a hands-on approach to patient care. Attention to detail in both your clinical work and record-keeping matters here.
