About This Role
This role involves delivering hands-on physical therapy support to elderly patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings across New Jersey. You'll work directly under a Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and independence through therapeutic exercises, balance training, and functional movement activities. Daily work includes one-on-one patient sessions, educating patients and families about their treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. This is ideal for compassionate, patient-focused clinicians who enjoy working with seniors and want to make a tangible difference in their recovery.
