You'll provide therapy sessions to individuals and families seeking mental health support through Headway's platform. Your day-to-day work involves conducting licensed therapy sessions, maintaining detailed clinical notes, and collaborating with a team of mental health professionals. This role suits therapists who are passionate about increasing access to care and comfortable working with diverse client populations. You'll use your clinical expertise to help clients work through relationship issues, family dynamics, and personal challenges while navigating insurance coverage on their behalf.
