About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide direct mental health services to clients through their telehealth platform. You'll conduct therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation while working with a patient caseload managed through their digital interface. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and ongoing professional development.
