Job Description

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support children and young adults in our Educational Services programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department.

In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide direct behavioral support in educational settings.

You will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families, using data-driven, research-based strategies to improve social, emotional, and academic outcomes.
