About This Role
In this role, you'll provide occupational therapy services to homebound patients throughout the Lake Spring area as part of a home health agency team. Your days will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions in clients' homes to help them regain independence with daily activities and self-care tasks. You'll document patient progress, communicate with physicians and care coordinators, and adjust interventions based on individual recovery goals. This position suits licensed OTs or recent graduates who are organized, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in varied home environments. Prior home health or occupational therapy experience is preferred but not required if you're newly certified.
$25–$45/hr

Description Education:
- Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy Program; or Eligibility for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association; or Two (2) years occupational therapy experience and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as an OT after December 31, 1977.)
