About This Role
Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work directly with children diagnosed with autism in Alabama. In this role, you'll deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, following treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your day involves implementing behavior interventions, tracking progress, and providing support tailored to each child's needs. This is hands-on clinical work that requires patience, consistency, and genuine interest in child development. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured therapeutic environment. You should be ready to learn ABA principles and follow clinical protocols closely.
