About This Role
This role involves providing one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy sessions in clients' homes throughout New York. You'll work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans under supervisor direction. Days consist of in-home sessions where you'll use behavioral techniques to help children develop skills, manage challenging behaviors, and reach their therapeutic goals. This is a field-based position requiring travel to different family homes, so reliability and flexibility with scheduling are important. The work suits candidates who have or are pursuing RBT certification, possess genuine patience with children, and thrive in independent home settings rather than clinic environments. You should be comfortable working autonomously while maintaining strong communication with your clinical team.

Is this a school-year or year-round position?

What experience is expected?
Most therapy roles welcome new grads through mid-career clinicians. Specialty positions (acute care, NICU, pediatric feeding, hand therapy) typically prefer 2+ years plus relevant certifications.
