401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (CS) to support a residential homeless program serving Veterans experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. This position ensures high-quality clinical oversight, staff supervision, and crisis intervention within the program. Responsibilities Provide ongoing supervision of case management staff. Oversee the clinical care needs of Veterans receiving housing and supportive services. Conduct and/or review: Risk assessments Psychosocial evaluations Crisis intervention and management Complete incident reports and follow-up actions, in collaboration with the Program Manager when necessary. Coordinate referrals to Veterans Affairs healthcare services for mental health, substance use, and medical needs. Meet with the Health Care for Homeless Veterans Liaison at least monthly or as needed. Coordinate therapeutic groups and supportive programming. Assist with clinical admissions and expedite referral processes. Qualifications Licensure (Required) Candidate must be licensed in the state of California as one of the following, with a valid, active license maintained throughout employment: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Experience Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Clinical Supervisor in a residential homeless facility Equivalent supervisory experience in a nonresidential homeless environment may be considered. Experience working with individuals experiencing: Homelessness Mental health disorders Substance use disorders (SUD) Experience working with Veterans is preferred but not required.
