About This Role
You'll provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients seeking mental health support through Headway's platform. Your day involves conducting counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate care. You'll work with diverse clients dealing with various mental health challenges, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each person's needs. This role suits Licensed Professional Counselors who are patient-centered, comfortable with technology-enabled care delivery, and committed to ongoing professional development.
