About This Role
You'll provide direct clinical mental health services to clients through Headway's platform, conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and developing treatment plans for individuals navigating various psychological challenges. This role focuses on making mental health care accessible by working within a streamlined system that handles insurance coordination, allowing you to concentrate on client care. You'll work with diverse clients dealing with everything from anxiety and depression to life transitions and relationship issues. The ideal candidate holds an active LCSW license, brings genuine empathy and strong clinical skills, and values efficiency alongside compassionate care. You should be comfortable working in a modern telehealth-adjacent environment that prioritizes removing barriers to mental health treatment. This position suits clinicians who want meaningful impact without administrative overhead.
